The Wild Roam is a low-pitched, highly responsive jaw harp with a clean, harmonious sound. It has a rich tonal range that makes the individual overtones especially easy to hear and control, giving it a distinctly musical, almost singing quality.
This harp really shines with melodic playing and pitch manipulation. Subtle changes in your mouth position, tongue, and breath bring out clearly defined notes, while its responsive reed also handles rhythmic and timbral techniques beautifully.

The frame is intentionally softer, so it should be played with a relaxed grip without squeezing the frame. A great choice for players looking for a low, clean and expressive jaw harp with excellent overtone clarity and melodic potential.

I really like this harp, it's a high quality piece at a good price. It has great sustain and projection. You don't have to play it hard or put a lot of breath into it to make big sound. I love the deep tone for a smaller harp and the D2 tuning was spot on. When I got it in the mail I was impressed with the packaging. It was obvious that great care was taken when it was prepped for shipping. I love the bonus Auracle hat pin as well, nice touch! I definitely recommend this harp and this store.
