SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Auracle Music is committed to delivering high-quality, handcrafted musical instruments with care and reliability. All orders shipped within the United States include standard shipping and typically arrive within 3-5  business days under normal conditions (7-14 business days for international orders). During peak seasons such as holidays, or due to unexpected postal or global delays, delivery times may extend up to fourteen days. Once an order has shipped, tracking information is automatically sent via email. If you do not receive a tracking email, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
 

After a package has been accepted by USPS, Auracle Music is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft during transit. Optional shipping insurance is available for U.S. orders.

Upgraded international shipping options with enhanced tracking may be available at an additional cost. A valid phone number and email address are required for all international shipments, as this information is necessary for customs documentation and may be used to resolve delivery issues if they arise. This information remains confidential and is used solely for shipping and customs purposes.
 

Auracle Music is not responsible for international shipments that are delayed, held, or rejected by customs authorities. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. If an international shipment is returned due to customs issues, the order may be reshipped upon request once additional shipping fees are paid.
 

Tracking availability for international shipments varies by country and may not be provided in all cases.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 10 days of delivery receipt. Instruments must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and must be free of rust, corrosion, or damage. Approved returns are subject to a shipping label fee and a $5 USD restocking fee per item. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected, with applicable fees deducted.
 

If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact Auracle Music immediately. We are happy to assist once a lost or stolen package report has been filed with USPS and any required local authorities.

All instruments sold by Auracle Music are handmade. Variations in appearance, finish, sound, and timbre are natural and expected. These unique characteristics are part of the craftsmanship and do not constitute defects. (If sound does not match the described character, please reach out to us).
