Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully received.

Auracle Music reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
 

Product Information

Auracle Music specializes in handcrafted jaw harps. Because many instruments are handmade by independent blacksmiths, natural variations in appearance, finish, tone, and resonance are expected. Each harp is unique. Minor cosmetic differences do not qualify as defects.

Shipping

Shipping timelines and policies are outlined separately on our Shipping Policy page. Once a package has been transferred to the postal carrier, Auracle Music is not responsible for transit delays, loss, or theft unless shipping insurance has been purchased.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Auracle Music is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
 

Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and must follow the guidelines listed in our Returns Policy. Returned items must be in original condition. Refunds are issued after inspection and may be subject to restocking and original shipping fees.
