Auracle Music Rewards

Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Auracle Music Rewards Program (“Program”), members agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

I. Membership

1. Free Membership

Enrollment in the Auracle Music Rewards™ Program is completely free. No purchase is necessary to join.
 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and a resident of the United States to enroll in the Program. Individuals under 18 years old must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Membership is limited to one account per person.

To enroll, members may be required to provide:

• First and last name

• Email address

• Date of birth (for birthday rewards)

• Optional phone number
   

3. Account Information

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping login credentials secure.

Auracle Music reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of:

• Fraud

• Abuse of the rewards system

• Unauthorized resale or transfer of rewards

• Violations of these Terms & Conditions
   

Points and rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.

 

II. Earning Points

Members can earn points through qualifying purchases and activities associated with Auracle Music.
 

1. Point Earning Structure

Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number.

Example:
A $24.99 purchase earns 24 points.

2. Eligible Purchases

Points are earned on qualifying purchases made directly through:

• The official Auracle Music website

• Approved Auracle Music checkout systems

• Eligible online programs and services
   

Taxes, shipping fees, discounts, gift cards, and refunded purchases do not qualify for points unless otherwise stated.
 

3. Birthday Rewards

Members who provide their birthday in their account profile are eligible to receive:

• A one-time annual birthday reward of 50 points
   

Birthday points may only be issued once per calendar year.
 

4. Bonus Promotions

Auracle Music may occasionally offer:

• Double points promotions

• Limited-time bonus point campaigns

• Referral bonuses

• Social media engagement rewards

• Event participation rewards
   

All promotional bonuses are subject to separate promotional terms and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
 

5. Returns & Refunds

If a qualifying purchase is refunded or reversed, the corresponding points earned from that transaction may be removed from the member’s account.
 

If points were already redeemed before the refund occurs, the account may show a negative point balance until new points are earned.

 

III. Redeeming Points

1. General Redemption

Points may be redeemed toward eligible:

• Products

• Online programs

• Services

• Discounts

• Special promotions
   

Auracle Music reserves the right to determine eligible redemption items.
 

2. Redemption Value

Auracle Music may periodically adjust redemption values and promotional reward structures.

Example redemption structures may include:

• 100 points = $1 off

• 500 points = $5 off
   

Final redemption values will be displayed within the member account dashboard or checkout process.
 

3. Non-Transferability

Points:

• Cannot be transferred

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

• Cannot be sold or bartered
   

4. Points Expiration

Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned unless otherwise specified during promotional campaigns.

Auracle Music reserves the right to modify expiration policies at any time.

 

IV. Account Termination

Auracle Music may terminate or suspend membership accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity

• Abuse of the rewards system

• Violation of these Terms

• Suspicious purchasing behavior
   

Upon termination, all unused points will be forfeited.

Members may request account cancellation at any time by contacting Auracle Music support.

 

V. Program Changes

Auracle Music reserves the right to:

• Modify the rewards structure

• Change point values

• Add or remove rewards

• Cancel promotions

• Suspend or terminate the Program
   

Changes may occur without prior notice.

 

VI. Limitation of Liability

Auracle Music is not responsible for:

• Technical issues

• Website outages

• Lost rewards due to system errors

• Unauthorized account access caused by user negligence

Participation in the Program is at the member’s own risk.
